This results in students paying high prices for rentals and getting accommodations that are not similar to the advertisements and listed information. The smartphone is an essential tool that almost every student has and hence, the project aims to address these issues by creating an app that makes it easier for students to look for accommodation and provides students with services like laundry and helping with house chores that makes their student life in Singapore easier.
