Evaluation of Singapore Heritage Brand Toast Box’s Digital Marketing

Our project is about evaluating the Singapore Heritage Brand Toast Box’s Digital Marketing. Through our primary and secondary research, we are evaluating the effectiveness of exiting Digital marketing channels of Toast Box and recommending further necessary changes to be made. In doing so, we want Toast Box to achieve better customer attraction, engagement and retention through the digital channels. This is similar to the process of embarking on an entrepreneurship journey of transforming for better through finding solutions for issues faced. Ultimately, with improved digital marketing, Toast Box will be able to sustain its business as the Singapore Heritage Brand which is of cultural significance to the Singapore society.
